SENSUAL, FERVENT & EVOCATIVE.

Uninhibited and unaffected, Iva Bittová's works are abstract, yet deeply rooted in the classical and gypsy music of the Moravian villages where she spent her formative years. Her performances are known to be "so intimate and personal you can feel her breath on your ears."

 

AN EPIC GENIUS.

Celebrated around the world as an artistic genius and experimentalist, Bittová melds the explorativeness of her Romani roots with the modernism of her Czech upbringing. 

 

CONSULATE-HOSTED RECEPTION.

A reception hosted by the Consulate General of the Czech Republic, with support from Consul General Mr. Daniel Kumermann, will be held prior to the show in our Donor Garden. Premium ticket holders are invited to attend.
